Breathing the pure salty air in a dry salt room, also known as dry salt therapy is a 100% natural treatment that can promote better breathing by relieving inflammation and congestion in the airways. Salt has been around since the beginning of time and has been used throughout history in all sorts of ways. “Wet” salt has been utilized in various therapeutic and healing ways including saline solutions, salt baths and Nettie pots. Thanks to technological innovations, another aspect of salt therapy has emerged known as “Dry” salt where the main health benefit comes from the salt’s quality to reduce inflammation and absorb irritants including allergens.

*Room temperatures range from 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit. Please arrive for your session ten minutes before the scheduled time. Food and drinks are not permitted. Each breathing session is 30 minutes in our private Himalayan salt room and you simply wear the clothes you arrive in. Avoid wearing perfume, creams or lotions before your session. Electronic devices are not permitted as salt may cause damage to these devices. Secure lockers are available to store your personal items upon arrival.
