Today’s fast-paced lifestyle can be bombarding with mental, emotional and physical stress and noise; it can become very difficult to remember how to simply relax and quiet our mind. Our So Sound® Wave Loungers immerse your body, mind and spirit in a musical/sound healing meditation experience that is very calming and soothing to the nervous system.
*Room temperatures range from 70-73 degrees Fahrenheit. Please arrive for your session ten minutes before the scheduled time. Food and drinks are not permitted in the session. Each meditation session is 30 minutes in our semi-private salt room and you simply wear the clothes you arrive in. Headphones with disposable ear covers are provided. Please avoid wearing perfume, creams or lotions before your meditation session. Secure lockers are available to store your personal items upon arrival.
